Don't waste your money and time at this hyperSCAMcade!!  The machines are rigged to drop the items after being clawed! Just go buy your kid a toy at Walmart instead...  On two different machines my daughter fully clawed items that were subsquently dropped by the claws when the claw fully opened up once it retracted back to the top. We explained this to the kid working and got a free retry.  The worker watched over my daughter's shoulder and it happened again. Instead of just offering to open the machine and just give us one of the $0.25 rubber ducks she was owed from winning multiple times by spending $2 in credits per game, the only thing he could do is just restart the machine and have her try again, which of course was pointless since the claw was locked in scam-mode... My daughter was disheartened and frustrated leaving empty handed instead of having what she should have won and I left annoyed and angered for wasting our time and getting swindled for $20. We went to Walmart and got 2 larger rubber ducks for the price of two games at this "scamcade". I jokingly had my daughter move my "claw machine" arm to pick the bigger ducks up out of the Walmart bin and it was honestly more fun than the scamcade and gave us both a good laugh.

Was on our "bucket list" on a road trip adventure. Very cool place...clean, bright, organized. My granddaughter...a claw machine fanatic...LOVED IT!! I had my child’s birthday party at Hyperspace Starcade. The private party room we received with the booking holds up to about 12-15 people comfortably. Best part, you can bring in your own food and cake. It was such a fun experience from start to finish. The claw machines were nonstop excitement for the kids. And it wasn’t hard or overwhelming to win a prize. What stood out most to me was Nikki, the owner. She has a way of making things feel personal, like how she remembered the birthday boy’s name, would go look for him, and called him (by his name) each time it was his turn to pick a prize out of the machines. I lost count of how many times he got to pick a prize because it was a lot. That truly makes anyone feel seen and celebrated. I had 12 very energetic 6–7 year olds running in every direction. Nikki stayed kind, calm, and patient at all times. It’s rare to find a place that’s both fun for kids and adults with an attentive owner. Everyone left happy. Cannot wait to come back soon. Charles was great! I bought the game truck plus laser tag package for a party and both  arcade truck and laser tag  was a HUGE hit with the kids.
